Our family has owned a condo at Lake of the Ozarks for almost a decade. It was purchased for occasional use by our family, but mostly as an investment. The plan was to rent it out ourselves and save the expense of the management company. That didn't work (at all). We researched management companies and thought we found the best choice. It was a long and less than profitable relationship. There were a number of reasons we left, not just bookings.

Keys to the Lake came highly recommended by several people. After only one season we are wondering why we didn't look harder 10 years ago.
