Keys to the Lake furnishes linen and terry sets in Vacation Rental Properties for paying guest at the managers expense, with no charge to the Property Owner

Keys To The Lake Lodging Company. will replace the following items:
SMOKE ALARM BATTERIES (1 set annually) STANDARD INCANDESCENT BULBS Incidental & Miscellaneous items replaced once annually  
FROSTED GLOBE BULBS (Bathroom) FLOOD BULBS (Recessed lighting - 1 size)    
A replacement fee will be assessed by manager for these items one time per calendar year.
