Mark Krantz, CHA - Founder, Chief Executive Officer - Broker Associate


At the core of our company's leadership is more than 28 years of hospitality experience. Our founder is a Certified Hotel Administrator who has worked on the resort side of the business in the United States with industry giants such as The Marriott Corporation and ITT Sheraton. Conversely, he has experience with smaller hotel groups and at independent AAA-rated Four-Diamond luxury properties. His professional experience doesn't end, however, in North America.

Prior to establishing Keys to the Lake, he served as Vice President of European Hotel Operations with the Regis Hotel Corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Working in this capacity exposed Mr. Krantz to Radisson SAS Four-Star properties, and Europe's Old-World style hospitality. Furthermore, he is accustomed to working with diverse groups of people, as evidenced by his participation as Chairman of the Board of Directors of an international non-profit organization with offices in several European countries.

Mark was first introduced to the industry as a teenager, when his family purchased Point Breeze Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri. In the late 1970's he went to work at Marriott's Tan-Tar-A Resort where his formal management training began. During that initial period, Mark worked as a manager in the Estates Division, overseeing the needs of individual Estate/Home Owner's whose homes were part of Tan-Tar-A's Estates Rental Program.

Although grateful for the various property types and complexities Krantz had the privilege to experience while working for larger corporations, he had always desired to start his own company.

In the aftermath of September 11, 2001, Mark began to lay the ground work to see that dream become a reality. By January 2004, Keys to the Lake was born. Today, Keys to the Lake maintains operations in every aspect of Property Management, and Real Estate Sales and Service, in the Lake of the Ozarks region.

Mark has been happily married to Terry, his wife, for twenty-nine years. They are the parents of two grown children.


Tamera Moseley - Operations Director

Tamera Moseley began her career in the Communications Industry in 1991, after completing a Master of Business Administration. For more than 15 years she has overseen many Customer Service Operations. She has always been relied upon to expedite problem resolution, facilitate changes to achieve customer satisfaction and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure success.

Tamera has managed up to 400 employees, multiple out-source vendors and led multimillion dollar projects for highly competitive, emerging business opportunities.

In addition to her Customer Service career, Tamera has actively participated within her community by serving as a Chamber of Commerce Volunteer and Committee Member, March of Dimes Fundraiser and United Way Board Member and Campaign Chairperson.

Although her roots began in the corporate world, she had always wanted to be her own boss. In February of 2005, Moseley relocated from Arkansas to Lake of the Ozarks and purchased a retail business on the historic Bagnell Dam Strip. After revamping the 30-year-old operation, and completely modernizing the inventory control and point of sale into a computerized system, she sold her business and joined the Keys to the Lake Team as Director of Operations.

Tamera and her husband Randy, a Lake Ozark native, have two children Clark and Samantha.


 

Bonnie Burton Real Estate Sales

Bonnie Burton comes to our Keys to the Lake Team with a vast understanding and extensive background in the Missouri Real Estate Arena.

In over 20 years of Real Estate management and sales Bonnie has established a reputation for impeccable leadership, and marketing creativity. She has developed a tremendous following with former clients who have become her life time customers.

This is true in part because of her consistent work habits. Bonnie is a self-motivated perfectionist when it comes to listening to her clients, mining the applicable data, and then performing the necessary follow through, and commitment to detail that are the perfect compliment to her exemplary people skills!

Bonnie worked with RE/MAX Suburban, in Chesterfield, Missouri from 1995, to 2005. In addition to the sales and marketing effort performed personally on a daily basis, she maintained the training and supervision responsibilities for over thirty (30) sales agents.

Bonnie was awarded membership in the President’s and Executive Club at RE/MAX International. She has been an active member in both the Missouri and National Association of Realtors for more than twenty years.

Bonnie is the proud parent of two grown children who also reside and work in the area.

It is our goal at Keys to the Lake to build on the well-established relationships and excellent reputation we have become known for.
